Be careful here they will refuse to refund your money even if they sell you the wrong product. They try to get round consumer protection law by stating REFUNDS ONLY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS. I brought a good quality A4 punched pocket sleeve as a sample one and I showed the lady in the shop it was an over size pocket sleeve and I explained I needed the same high quality but just wanted the standard A4 size. The lady recommended a packet but when I got them home I noticed that they were top and SIDE opening. Completely unsuitable for my use and unlike the over size top opening one I showed the lady. She was adamant that she could not give me a refund. I was equally adamant that I had been sold the wrong product on her advice and it was there mistake not mine. After 10 minutes arguing they reluctantly gave me a refund. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO TAKE A COURSE IN CONSUMER LAW AND BEHAVE LIKE A RESPONSIBLE RETAILER. I eventually went to W H SMITH and got the pocket leaves I needed
