Outrageously expensive! Issues on our panel for YEARS. Was told that only their company could service our system, but then the technician said they can't repair the system because a different company has the passcode (which Simplexx is the only sticker on the box, so how are we supposed to know that?)...and then hit with a ridiculous bill for 1 hour to say \system is OK right now\ and that our signed quote covered that (which I was originally told the quote was to cover repairs/materials, that never happened and it somehow all adds up to time/travel! I call BS!). Finding another monitoring service ASAP!

Our experience was on the road with one of their drivers. He was speeding and texting, moving from one lane to another and almost hit our car. We called the number but after waiting over 20 minutes on hold we hung up. The driver was on highway 79, driving from Thrall all the way to Round Rock endangering lives. The license plate was DT7J522. The time was around 3:30 pm on July 19...in case you care to see what idiot you had working at that time. I have video and pictures of his driving.
