This is a perfect getaway location for a calm, relaxing vacation. We loved the lake and nature views. The mornings are so peaceful and you can hear the birds chirping. The whole property is like being in a cute little forest. They have a temporary tent set-up because the bar is closed due to renovation. But it's still very cute with lighting fixtures everywhere. The whole thing is unreal and a perfect Instagram-worthy location. Overall, Round Rock is a small town but a hidden gem. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Round Rock or Austin.

This place is not only beautiful but so relaxing. Perfect, for a family gathering or just to get away as a couple. The rooms super clean are decorated so cute and the colors are bright. Bathrooms are spacious and very nice. They have rooms facing a Brushy Creek river with balconies to enjoy the trees change to the Fall colors. It is also close to to some nightlife and shops, but also quite enough to enjoy the peacefulness. The staff was very nice and attentive. Matt and Natalie, at the bar area are amazing. They are keepers for sure. We did not want for anything with these two! We definitely needed this weekend getaway! I can not wait to go back.

I cannot express how amazing everyone is there. Super helpful, easy to work with, amazing attention to all details, and are incredible at what they do. The food....amazing. The drinks are wonderfully crafted, never too sweet or too bitter, and thankfully not so many ingredients thrown in there, like some bars, that you weren't disappointed when you got your drink because it didn't taste anything like you thought it should. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. They just kept talking all night about how amazing The Ruby was. The beautiful Live Oaks with the lights giving a great glow to everything and the water right beside you, lends itself for people to really sit back and have a great time. It is one of those places that I want everyone to know about because it is that amazing and you want it to be super successful, but also don't so it can stay the quiet gem it is LOL. The rooms were gorgeous, but still comfortable to be in. Also whoever thought of the makeup towel...genius. But it really is attention to detail that sets you apart. The welcoming staff at check in and check out were just a joy to talk to, whether it was by text or in person. The housekeepers and landscapers were on top of their game keeping everything fresh and tidy. Also I have to say a huge thank you to whoever helped me with the table setup. They nailed it! Not too many flowers in one place and just a super clean look, which is how I had originally planned. Even though the poor Ruby House had a tough Winter and it would have been great to be inside, moving the inside to the outside was a great idea. Again thank you so much to everyone there, I am probably forgetting things to say, but Jesse and I will absolutely be back to enjoy the Pool and and renovate Ruby and the amazing views. We are definitely smitten with it!

Stay and Relay in style. Super clean. Enjoyed the drinks and views. Our room as well appointed and comfy bed. Always a plus with good pressure in the shower. Rooms have blackout curtains and our cozy balcony overlooking the river was nice. Especially with the snow fall this morning. Lots of other areas to stretch out. Enjoy and take a load off.

AMAZING!!!! Even though we only stayed one night it was awesome. This will be our new little get away. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and neat. The decor is my favorite. The balcony view is so pretty in the morning. Will be definitely coming back.

The Ruby Hotel is THE place to stay in Round Rock, Texas - especially if you are looking for an incredible place to hold a welcome party or brunch! We blocked off the entire hotel for our wedding weekend in February of 2020 and it was the perfect “hub” for our group over the weekend. We had the best time having JUST our guests at the hotel and we utilized the bar/patio space for our welcome party on Friday. The space is so unique and perfect for a come-and-go event. The food and drinks are delicious!! We had a musician and a photobooth set-up as well and they were flexible with us on set-up and breakdown time since we had the bar rented for the night. Our guests loved being able to walk to Woodbine Mansion (our wedding venue) and downtown Round Rock! We took photos with our photographers that evening before the wedding as well at the hotel and the rooms are so unique/fun that the pictures have turned out amazing! We loved working with the hotel and team to get everything just right for our welcome party and would definitely do it again!

I have been in private business in Round Rock for over twenty years and I have looked for an ideal location to conduct business meetings. The Ruby Bar has excellent meeting rooms that create a relaxed atmosphere while providing impeccable service. Their accommodations exceed any requirements that I have needed. I heartily endorse the Ruby staff and their execution of duties.

I loved my stay at Ruby Hotel. I was staying alone and it felt safe and the over all property felt relaxed. I will definitely be telling friends to check out this hotel. I think next time I stay I will be asking for a second floor (so I can see the river behind the place from an above view) and not near the ice machine. (I could hear it through my door but no one used it later at night while sleeping thank goodness).
