Alexis! Alexis! Alexis! If you get tested here ask for Alexis! Especially, if you have teenagers coming for the first time... Alexis is an absolute pleasure and so so so patient. Alexis, took her time with a kid that was so scared and talked her through even when she hesitated several times. She was not agitated or unnerved she gently talked her through it. great staff! Friendly and easy to deal with. I got tested here in the morning and got my results before 5 pm
I’ve been here several times due to being exposed/ indirectly exposed. They have always been professional, seen me in a timely manner and always have received my results by the end of the day. The people reporting they haven’t received their results back yet, be patient! They always come through by the end of the day. Give these people some grace! They are working hard during this pandemic.
Not sure of the gentleman‘s name that serviced us for a rapid Covid test. He was fresh out of the military and uber helpful when testing our eight-year-old. Highly recommend him and the staff. Thank you very much!
Took a rapid covid test at noon today and still have not received my results. I would no recommend this testing site. I will be forwarding a complaint to Texas Department of Health.
Needed pcr result in a day for my flight. Gladly used this option as my other free covid test result came after my flight
