I'm done going here. Not only did I have to pull around and wait for some unknown reason. They didn't give me and sauces like I asked for, and they gave me this half filled carton of beijing beef. Absolutely disappointed with this location.
I visited location to order 2 plates with orange chicken , teriyaki chicken and fried rice as soon as I pull to the drive thru they informed me it would be 10-15 min for fried rice .. okay no worries I took chow mein instead since I can’t wait . Just to show up at the window pay and be asked to wait upfront for my order . Well 15 minutes have passed by I called the restaurant and they said they are making orange chicken and it could take a little longer . Like seriously? You should of told me this at the drive thru just like you informed me there was no fried rice since I’m on a time frame . Not to mention there’s another 4 cars outside waiting as well . Get it together and inform your customers .
One star because three times in a row they didn’t give me teriyaki sauce with my chicken teriyaki!!! They said the “must have forgotten” when I called and asked about it. For it to happen three times in a row was unrealistic. One of the times I even asked if they had included it and they said they did and it wasn’t there. Didn’t find that out until I was home of course. Other then this lack of attention to detail, the food was good.
