Customer service at this location is terrible. No consistency in the day to day of what you’ll get as far as your drink is concerned. More often than not, I have to remind them my extra shot I PAID FOR isn’t added. The employees seem disinterested in being there, or even being helpful. Decided today, I simply won’t go back.

Good place to get a coffee, donuts, croissant, etc. The service is good, the food and beverages are ok, is not a high quality but the price is reasonable. I considered as a fast food.
Worst experience ever! I decided to go inside to order today because the day before I went through the drive through and the person taking my order was not helpful at all. She sounded like she did not want to be there and sounded like I was inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I I received my order yesterday I only got 3 munchkins in a single bag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I thought it may have been me... but this morning inside the store was worse. It was 7:30am, there was a huge line inside and outside. The reason things were moving so slow is that there was no donuts were even set out (on the display shelf). One employee was not wearing gloves and was grabbing at the donuts for a person in the drive through. Crumbs were all over the front counter, where employees laid down the trays of donuts to try and find the one that the customer had ordered. The guy who took my order was wearing gloves but was frantically tearing through the plastic wrap to get to the donuts that had not been set out. He squeezed on the filled donut to make sure it was the right one. Yummy (sarcastically)! They had no idea where anything was! A staff member clocked in at 7:30 on the register at the counter and instead of helping with orders she literally was dragging her feet walking to the back. She obviously just woke up and didn’t want to be at work today. After what I saw today I won’t be returning and frankly this place needs to be looked into to make sure they are abiding by safe food practices.
There system didn't accept my order but still charged me. An employee had to come out and take everyone waiting at the curbside pickup parking orders. Things happen and I'm glad they fixed the situation promptly. I ordered the oatmeal chai latte, forgot to say iced, and got the hot latte but didn't like it. I'll try it iced next time. They offered a free medium regular coffee that I gave to mu hubby and he didn't like it. He said it tasted burnt. He's the coffee person not me.
Went though and got coffee today. I called because I noticed coffee all under my cup. It’s seeping through the styrofoam. All they say is we will reach out to manufacture and we appreciate the feedback. Had to throw my coffee away.. wonderful morning.
Been wanting to try this place they always have a line wrapped around the building. So it has to be good so I wanted and not very long either they were moving in this so called winter storm! Great fast so helpful great customer service . The person on the headset was so patient with me. I appreciate this so much bc I was so indecisive. Can't remember the name. But hey 5stars to this place I whish I could give more.
Exceptionally rude and unpleasant older woman at register. The one star is just for my Dunkin coffee I love being from the east coast.. But would rather make it at home before spending my money to deal with nasty employees with no customer service skills or common courtesy. Will not give my business to this location again.
Drive through slow. Should use the pick up spot for large cooked food orders.
