I've been to this quaint shop a handful of times, got a decent monitor for 40, as well as solid advice on a relatively niche problem a few times. Don't go in expecting Fry's* but they just might have that obscure cable or peripheral you've been after for months *moment of silence for our fallen comrade

Poor experience so far. Bought a computer on Saturday for our business. Set it up Monday (today) and one of the cords was wrong so I had to get a new cord. Then once I got past that, the computer is non functional. I called but they don't answer (they stay busy- I get it). I try to email them, that got me no where. Waste of money and time. I'll update if something changes.
THE BEST! I am very impressed and grateful that Brad and Rico from the Round Rock store who set me up with an excellent system and a few fantastic monitors. They took the time to get our systems set up and now I have a very happy team all working on their new-to-us computers! Rico and Brad, with all my heart - thank you for the time and effort you put in today to make everything right so our business didn't even miss a beat! FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!
They will help you any way they can! Went in to get some repairs done on my laptop screen and they were very upfront and honest about the pricing of the repair. I end up declining the repair but they fixed some missing screws I had on the laptop at no cost to me so I appreciated that from them.
bad online service, bad in person service. No refunds on orders made by mistake, even though it hadnt been processed or completed. It literally was a mistake, and was not sent to the builder yet. They just decide F the customer. Prices are okay. Congrats, you earned a single star.
