Bad service and support for a brand new product. Takes approx. three week for a three month old notebook to organize a new motherboard somewhere. Can not recommend Dell anymore!!!

bought a dell aurora r8 with Alienware monitor back in 08/ 2019 spent almost 3000.00 it had a gift card offer on bought product totaling 275.00 been trying for months to get my money just get the run around from dell and seeing how the people I am talking to a in another country
