I really appreciate what this place has done to help me with my depression. I’m impressed by the communication and genuine kindness from nurse Shonda and Psychiatrist Karen Flores. Thank you so much

Terrible place to go. No sort of organization in the front or back of the office. Was coming here to receive help for depression and ptsd but never was told a \plan\ or layout of how they run things or how to better myself. I was just receiving random calls once a week from multiple counselors and nurses all telling me different things and doing a general psych eval but never scheduling counseling/help or telling me how to schedule them myself since the front office wont do that. I needed a proof of services letter for employment yet that threw everyone into a frenzy of confusion including the general manager ALI PRAXEDES and my case manager TIA PRUITT. I have never heard of a medical facility not knowing what a proof of services letter is. In fact I had tried to contact my case manager TIA PRUITT and never heard from her or anyone else for two weeks. This was odd because she told me as a case manager, her job is to call me once a week regardless if I need anything or not (essentially a wellness check). Finally after trying to contact her myself for TWO weeks with no response, I asked the nurse to email her and I got a very loud and angry call from TIA questioning as to why I would need one and if my diagnosis is even eal\. Seriously, she was shouting as soon as I clicked the answer button. She even told the manager she emailed me multiple times and called me multiple times even though my email never showed her responding or my phone showing her calling. Seems they love to take advantage of working from home since there is no accountability and they get paid to hang out all day and do nothing. HIGHLY advise you to avoid this joke at all costs.

Called last week with issues in my life thinking they could or would help me. Was put off 2 different times never received a call to get me into program. If your not suicidal at that moment they don't want to help you I guess.

dear god please avoid talking to Dr. O' Connor about anything other than medication, please. he is a terrible person to interact with, especially if you are emotionally vunerable.

Had my appointment moved after setting it up over a month in advance. I took off work and I got to the facility 10 minutes early and after waiting for over an hr after check in, I got up and left. The folks were not rude but these guys need a serious lesson in time management skills. I may as well be at the ER with wait times like this.
