Obviously from the other reviews, poor customer service is a basic practice at this branch. My daughter recently moved to Austin and moved her account to this branch. She was a victim of fraud but the bank manager decided to call it rather a scheme. The only scheme was that they did not protect her from fraud and she's out 3,900. Stay away!

My husband and I received excellent customer service from Nooram. She re-explained things we didn’t fully understand and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. We truly appreciate people like her. Thank you so much for taking the time to help us! Wish everyone could be as helpful as you!! Would recommend. She was so kind and friendly while helping us pay off an existing loan.
not helpful at all. I have an account with BB&T and took papers to have notarized. They asked if I would make an appointment and come back later today. That would have been fine, but the banker looked at the number of items that needed notarized (5) and told me it was a big deal to notarize that many pages, and would take a very long time. I've had things notarized before, it's I sign, they sign and stamp and we sign the book. She suggested that I go to the postal store that was in the same shopping center.
I’ve had excellent service at this location. Michael Wellner has help me with my multiple business accounts personal accounts even my two teenagers’ personal accounts. He has helped me find financial solutions for my business as well as practical ones like having remote check depositing machines at every one of my locations. I really feel that Michael and his team there at the Round Rock location go above and beyond whenever I walk through their doors. I highly recommend BB&T and more specifically so the Round Rock branch.
Since I move to Round Rock I have been with BB and T, best experience I have had. Personal attention and always help a resolve my problems. All are so friendly.
Went in to get a new card and file a claim after there was fraudulent activity on my old card but the cashier was unable to assist me so the manager stepped in to "help" which consisted of him telling me he couldn't file a claim until one of the FRAUDULENT pending transactions was APPROVED even though someone had already spent 100 on the card already and when questioned as to why he was incapable of filing said claim for the ALREADY spent 100 he become angry, belligerent and physically got in my face whilst trying to provoke a physical altercation with me and threatening to call the police like he wouldn't be the one arrested for assault. He refused to issue me a new card, told me he would block my account and prevent me from being able to fix this issue. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. His name was Michael Wellner and he has no business being employed in a position in which he has to deal with customers because he most certainly does not have the self control nor disposition to do so.
Stop in to pay my bill (last one) first time here, 2 employees working, one in lobby busy but didn't bother to acknowledge that I'm there. One on the phone in office, once done walking out to get one other customer but didn't even say hi until I ask if I can pay bill here. Wait another 15 minutes and still no service. I'm glad I don't bank with this bank after this last bill. Worse customer service ever for banking. Both need to learn how to greet customer, that is one thing they taught at all banks,
