Beware, Check your order to make sure they do not forget things. Simple things like sauce and chicken breast when you order things. I ordered a family pack and other things and they forgot the other things. They charged for it but did not give the items to us. Really disappointed in KFC. Simple things of checking orders should be simple task. Not going back 14 minutes rarely order from there and now I know why.

Very frustrating that during a pandemic you offer carry out as an option. You still make people go through the drive-through and wait... What is the point of paying online...if you still have to wait a half hour in line. When you place it for a timed pick up order. Very frustrating. Very poorly set up especially when you have a designated parking spot for online ordering somebody should be bringing out that food. Or your door should be open for those who only online order
I work outside and ordered a bunch of food I cant even go in to go to the bathroom since covid restricts that and I didnt get any plates or silverware thanks
My first visit to this location and it wasn't good. The young lady at the window had an attitude, but used kind words. We bought the 30 fill up which comes with tenders. Got back to the house and no tenders, and gravy spilled all over the place. I had to drive back! Even though Rebecca made it better, I'm worried about if I have to use this location again, will they get it right the first time.
Went thru drive thru. Very imature girl at window named Julie didnt give me my coin change. Just gave me a receipt when i asked for my change she was very unprofessional, sassy and cocky. When she finally did give me change it wasnt even right amount. I called mgr and was told she would talk to her and coach her since she was the coach for that kfc. Obviously her initial coaching when hired wasnt that good. I told mgr/coach i would contact corp regarding customer service.
Place was packed. I got a 20 fill up for my kids.8 peice chicken 2pcs of each is what i expected 2 wings 2breast 2legs 2thighs. i ended up with 6 thighs and a pair of wings ...fine for me and the misses but the kids didnt want the chicken do to no legs.
Worked here once, great management, friendly staff. Had a problem with receiving my check after my termination, but I’d remembered that o signed a contract to return two shirts and a uniform, so I went home and brought those and got my check without any fuss. I’ll be missing all the great people and customers I’ve encountered in my time there.
Long lines (understandable), but chicken sandwiches (4) were extremely dry and overcooked. Like flat greasy hockey pucks
