Never has the prescription I need in stock, it's ridiculous, always have to call nearby cvs for my script.

I live across the street from cvs so I find it the easy go to when I’m in need of a few small items. Today I stopped in for a gallon of milk two bottles of coke and a Red Bull. My milk was curdled and my drinks were flat. Now I understand they could be having a refrigeration problem however when I went to make a return of my milk (didn’t try my other drinks yet to know) the woman wanted to exchange after I had already asked for a refund. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this store I have also had a problem purchasing organic formula that had a GOO inside the lady who helped me then was wonderful however these incidents make me wonder do they rotate products? Definitely won’t be going back after that.
Employees in the Pharmacy could use some customer service skills and try to be nice. The Asian lady is rude and snobby. I’m sorry you hate your job. Told me my prescription was not ready when the app stated it was ready for pick up. I canceled my prescription and will be taking it elsewhere.
Terrible location. Closed early. Called if they would please wait I would be there at by 6. Walked to pharmacy at 6. CLOSED EARLY. Plus this locations looks like a dump!
Angela who said she was the pharmacist was rude, and trying to push me off the phone and wouldn't even let me get my questions out of my mouth. I told her to stop trying to push me off the phone I have questions and her response was "it's busy and we are trying to be productive." I asked to speak with the Store Manger and she said they had no manager at the store all day. Look at all the other comments they are all about bad. I think management needs to address these issues.

The store was nice amd clean the staff was friendly, bathrooms were pretty dirty though
Had a slight emergency for someone who had asthma and they just decided to put us on hold and just ignore us. Employees there are pathetic
