The set of a great Canadian show was built on bog land and so was becoming too dangerous for tourists to visit anymore. It finally had to be demolished once the lease expired Nov 4th 2016. Ironically and sadly Janet Wright that played the role of Emma Leroy passed away 10 days later Nov 14th 2016 at her home in Vancouver.... RIP
Come see where the hit TV series and movie Corner Gas was filmed! A short country south of Regina is worth the visit to the location and town of Rouleau. On site you will see the exterior of the Ruby Cafe and gas station, as well as the "Dog River" elevator across the tracks. Great for a photo. Don't forget to venture into the town of Rouleau to see more locations from the series.
Love corner gas! It is the best Canadian show of all time!

I was driving to Moose Jaw for work from Minnesota where I live and ran out of gas just south of town had to push my car to the gas station and the place was closed they didn't even have real pumps just hollow boxes with no guts what the heck! Google you Jack ass!
