Nice local bar/restaurant well located in Rouen not far from the main sights of the city. All of the food we had was excellent and the waiter/bartender was friendly and entertaining. Menu and drinks are very reasonably priced and the place had a lot of locals which is nice to see. Would very much recommend the Pain Surprise Normand!

It's Whit Monday and they were open. We decided to pop in for dessert. It was delicious. We had the creme brulee and chocolate lava cake. Both exquisite and very reasonably priced. The staff was awesome and spoke English and Spanish as well as French. The Brazilian guitar player was great and the ambiance is a great place to chill, talk and people watch.
We stopped into Rouen for a quick lunch and landed in this lovely restaurant. The food was exceptional, champagne delightful and service exceptional. Ludwig was quite pleasant and a joy to talk to.
Great bar and cafe. The boss Franc was very amusing. Service was incredibly slow but the food was worth waiting for.
Helpful, friendly, speaks good english, not expensive.
Un accueil toujours chaleureux, une cuisine qu'on aime. C'est une de nos adresses préférées. Alors vivement la fin du confinement et la réouverture !
Une très belle découverte d'un point de vue culinaire et humain. Des plats maison préparés minute avec des produits frais, du vin de qualité ainsi qu'un gros coup de cœur pour le boss, plein de petites attentions. Une expérience au top pour mon anniversaire. Nous reviendrons et recommandons le cap Vers les yeux fermés. Encore merci !
