During our biking trip in France, we've experienced a problem with the rear wheel and dérailleur of my bike. The guys at Cyclable were very helpful and fixed this problem in no-time. They took the time, even though their workplace is full. Thanks to them we can continue our trip as of tomorrow. Un grand merci à vous !

Great shop, great employees. I came in with an extremely mysterious creak near my bottom bracket, and an employee (who looked like Steph Curry haha) helped me diagnose it for more than 20 minutes. In the end we didn't completely solve the problem but I have a better idea of what I need to do. If I were staying for longer I would definitely have bought the necessary parts through them. They wouldn't accept a cent for all the advice and assistance, so I could only buy some new bar tape. Thanks guys!

Pratiquant le vélo, c'est là que j'ai acheté mon Urban Arrow (vélo cargo biporteur). J'y achète également quelques pièces et accessoires à l'occasion. Personnel passionné et toujours disposé à renseigner, informer... pas de pression à l'achat, Cyclable est en plus une chaîne de magasin reconnue. Je recommande ! Bonne variété et choix, tout n'est pas toujours en stock mais ils peuvent commander des pièces et autres sur demande !

Et bien voilà: le 28 juin Cantin de Cyclable Rouen a re-tensionné une roue arrière qui me donnait du fil à retordre du fait qu'elle se dé-tensionnait pour la deuxième fois après 170km de cyclotourisme depuis Paris. Je suis un cyclotoureur du Canada et je m'inquiétais de ce début de voyage. Mais voilà, après 1,000km depuis le travail de Cantin fait sur cette roue je peux confirmer que tout est bien \tensionné\. Merci pour votre bon travail Cantin de Cyclable Rouen! N.B. Le petit truc de marquer les rayons m'a permis de garder un oeil sur un possible mouvement...qui heureusement ne s'est jamais produit.

Très bon magasin en tout point. Prix des pièces. (3 fois moins cher que dans certaines boutiques) Accueil du personnel top (patron) qui m'a accompagné pour me montrer où se trouvaient les pièces .....génial. Apprenti passionné par son travail . Pour résumer, c'est LE MAGASIN où il faut aller pour son vélo (accueil, pièces, prix)... Ça change d'autres magasins rouennais ou vous avez toujours l'impression de déranger ou ceux ou l'on regarde votre portefeuille
