According to the waitress: the best aperol in the town.
Since (apparently) lunch can only be had in Rouen between 12:00 and 14:00, we stopped by Antico Caffe for lunch (at 14:30). They boast a continuous service and deliver on that matter. Staff was friendly and loved explaining intricate desserts and pastries. From what I gathered, they at least speak French, English and Italian. We ate inside to save ourselves from the smokers and the room was comfy despite the 30C outside. Terrace is a nice option with a view of the Church, that is if you don't mind smokers... Vegetarian: Several vegetarian options were available and I had no trouble finding an option to eat. Whilst we originally marked this spot only for a coffee break, food and service turned out to be good. I'd probably recommend other options for lunch, but it's not too bad either. So 3 stars for me. Not bad, but not great either.

Very pleasant caffé with fast efficient service and good coffee. I had an espresso, and shared a slice of cake.
Excellent charcuterie at reasonable prices (9.9 for the mixed plate) and delicious coffee and hot chocolate. Been here at least 6-7 times; kept returning because the food was so good.
