I don't live in Backup, but whenever I am passing through (which is not often enough) I make it a point to stop for in my opinion, the best fish 'n' chips I've ever had. The fish is perfectly moist and just right on the inside and crispy and dry on the outside, not overcooked and oily like most places and the chips are perfect. My only gripe is the small portions. The price is slightly higher than usual, but well worth paying that little extra. This is the reason I've given four stars otherwise it would have been five.
