The company lacks professionalism. Owner was very late for the first appointment! But she talked so politely I thought, it is okay, it happens. But then she failed to pick up the phone everytime we called and was very unresponsive on the emails we sent. All phone appointments we had week before the wedding, she failed to see through to it. But even then I thought, as long as she shows up for my important days. On the wedding day, due to circumstances, I was late. The owner calls me up and says: ‘ we are going back with the mandap, we had an appointment and you werent there. ‘ I was in tears, my important day and she was so rude. She was just after more money. Again the mandap is pretty, but not worth the stress and on top he failed to deliver what we had spoken about. She just placed the mandap on the floor, while we clearly stated that we want it on the podium, it looks odd also the white flooring is just a piece of dirty styrofoam. If you want a smooth going and stress free wedding, especially on your big day, then I do not recommend the services that weddingmaster offers. They are not worth your money.
