Everything it’s extremely dirty , they only talk in their own language and make fun of the clients ( vitnamese ) they don’t do anything they eat you ask for . Extremely rude and bad quality. If I pay then I want my nails the way I asked for . Never going back again .
My friend went in today and they did a really bad job on her nails. After she came home very disappointed, we called to tell them she either wanted the nails re-done or her money back. They told us to come back so they could check. When we got there (I went with) the person behind the counter was telling us the nails were fine. We said no, they're not and my friend explained why it wasn't. After a little back and forth they agreed to redo the nails. My friend got the same stylist that did the nails the first time, she did not seem happy or hospitable at all. After explaining what was wrong, she began to work on the nails. In this process she filed my friends fingers 3 times which caused bleeding. When she went to put on the new nails my friend explained that she wanted it a certain way, but the stylist could not get it right and told us a colleague would finish. We has to go and wait, even though there was someone who could help us (he even came and asked to see the nails). After an half an our wait another stylist came to help my friend. She did a decent job re-doing the mess the first stylist made (she filed my friends nails very thinly and did not follow her actual nail). But overall experience is a biiiiiiiiiiiiig let down. Costumer service is a 0 Hospitality is a 0 The 1st stylist also a 0 The only reason for the second star is because the last stylist did a decent job.

Cheap and cheerful, the end product can a hit or miss depending on the technician. I have been about 10 times and had everything from incredible looking nails to, below average and everything in between!! But you can't beat Vina the price!!
