Waiting for a shipment of UPS which is kept at one of their storage facilities in Rotterdam for 3 weeks now. I contacted them 2 times and a case number has been created but nothing happens. Called a third time today and after 30 minutes waiting an employee of UPS terminated the call!! After calling again and again waiting for 30 minutes a UPS employee finally took my call and noted down my tracking and case number and put me back on hold again. After being on hold for another 30 minutes another UPS employee took my call and I again had to explain everything. He wanted me to contact other internal UPS departments by phone and mail. In other words he wants me to do complaint handling for UPS Even the company that send me my package tried to contact UPS about the delivery and was on hold for 2 hours!! This is the most terrible service I have ever experienced. My advice, never use services of UPS. It will take you a lot of time and give you a lot of frustrations
