Tweelwonen helped me renting out my house for a year. Thanks again guys. From the beginning (orientation) till the very end they were really helpful and professional. Top! Friendly, pragmatic, effective agency. These guys solved a delicate problem in a way that 100% satisfied both us tenants and the landlord. If it wasn't from them, we would have had to move from our apartment and the landlord would have had to look for new tenants. Lots of hassle saved. 5 star!
I highly recommend working with Tweelwonen. It was very easy to communicate with them. They were also very accommodating. They let us store some of our luggage at their office before we moved into our new place. Great people!
Patrick and Steven were very helpful in our search for housing in Rotterdam. They worked with us before we arrived in NL and did everything they could to accommodate those circumstances. Once we were in-country it was a pleasure to work with them as well. They explained things well and were attentive to our needs. It took awhile for us to be permitted to move into our chosen apartment because of remodels, and they let us store our belongings at their office for a time, which was very generous.
