i had 2 watches remaining after i sent 1 back to the seller at the GPS position was 4km away from the position of the watch. Watch 1, had a signal but no internet to track and receive the position, this was a problems as i bought the watch to find my son as he tends to wonder off. after a while we discovered that the heap watch had no GPS tracking device so was pretty much useless and will be sent back to the seller on a world wide well known trading site. Watch 2, this devices wasn't reading the sim cards. i bought 2 separate cards KPN and Lebara both had credit so we knew this wasn't the problem, after after a while of trying various things it became evident that the sim card needed pushing very far into the watch to finally make this click into place. after a reboot the watch was finally working. thanks for your help and all through whatsapp..

Good gps tracker and service to help !! Only the cable /charging clipGPS tracker was a weak thing from Day one always hard to charge it. Need to buy a new one shop becauce no warranty on that part that was some negative thing for me becauce need to be good when order new .
