Very bad experience! Very bad service! Do not worth the price. They do not take care of your clothes at all! The cashier lady is very unfriendly and arrogant. She drilled a hole through my jacket so that she can put on the plastic label. This totally broke the fabric (see picture)! The lady did not apologize and even take this for granted. Do not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly. My boyfriend left his coat there for dry cleaning and you would expect that they’d take good care of your coat as you have to pay a fair amount of money for them to clean it. It is an expensive coat and he trusted them to clean it professionally. However, when he had to collect his coat, he noticed that the runner of the zipper was broken. They did not want to acknowledge their mistake. They simply said ‘runners or zippers usually break’. The coat was quite new and has been worn for 1 season. Apart from the fact it was a 600 euro coat- knowing from my friends- zippers from this brand don’t ‘usually break’ if you don’t go crazy on it. I don’t know what they did and how they broke it, but reading the reviews and experiences from others, it’s not the first time they break zippers. The main issue here is that they did not apologize for it, meaning.. they do not want to acknowledge their mistake. They will not do anything to improve and they will break things over and over again. This is also the reason I’m writing review for other people to be aware of it before bringing their coat (or other clothes) to them for dry cleaning. There are many dry cleaners in Rotterdam if you look for one and the reviews of others are also a lot better than Stomerij Centra. I would advice to look for other places to avoid any headache and stress afterwards.

I also had a number of bad experiences with Stomerij Centra. Lacking client empathy, the owners sell an overpriced service without being able to deliver on their 24/7 advertised schedule. 1. Stomerij Centra advertises 24/7 schedule but it is a lie. I went more than 10 times in the weekend or evening and I was not able to bring or take cloths because the machine was not working, the pin machine was out of order or the front door did not open. When I told the owner about these issues, he tried to pretend it is not true and when I insisted he only acknowledged that it happened once or twice but no big deal...This is a big lie! 2. The owners of Stomerij Centra lack client friendliness. I mentioned these issues twice and they never offered an apology or monetary compensation for my trouble. They give you the impression that they are somehow superior to you and it is okay if they did not repeatedly deliver on their service. Their lack of resolve made me write this review so maybe they are starting to wake up... 3. The price is too high if you consider the full service package. The cloths were always cleaned well and without damage. However, I also became a client because I want the flexibility in my schedule. With my experiences, I spent more time than I'd actually gained. They never put updates on the website when the Stomerij is out of order. Or in this digital world, they could build an app to provide updates to clients. You only find out that something is wrong once you are there and it is too late... I've given them too many chances and I'm not going back unless they improve their service.
