The company is very unproffessional, never keeps their promise. Forced us to sign and pay for our apartment early, forgot to inform us about special permits needed before you are allowed to rent in the city. Also easily blaming renters for their shortcomings as an “established” housing management. Wouldn’t advice anyone to do business with them.

I am receiving a great service from this company towards consultation and planning activities towards both tenant and owner.
I rented out my apartment for 9 years with Rotsvast. I really think they are well organized. Communication normally goes well, fast responding. Ofcourse there were a few small problems, but in the end all resolved. My house was still in good condition as well. No complains!
Be careful as landlord with this company, we established a contract and paid 10% of yearly rent as commission. Once the contract got terminated they did not provide any assistance or formal closure towards an end-report and only took the tenant into protection while we had to fight for our rights. In our case the tenant did not comply to the contractual agreements. When we referred to the start inspection Rotsvast indicated that they had no knowledge of this. Essentially i got my back against the wall all the time where you would expect that this company mediates and resolves.
