I honestly could not wait to try the bars one a day, so literally ended up fishing all four in just a day! Loved it! Much tastier than any other bars I’ve tried. I honestly enjoyed their texture, not too soft and not too hard - just the right one. I enjoy cutting them into pieces and treating myself with a bite once in a while when working. Healthy ingredients only - eating them regularly to see if it will also ease my pms symptoms! Let’s see how my seed cycling tryout goes! :)
