Best brisket and pork belly I had in Holland. Properly tender and full of taste with a deep smoke ring. Will be coming back :)

Great food, beautifull place, friendly staff. Roffa RestoBar just became one of my top spots in the city. We ordered pork belly, which came perfectly cooked with a nice halapeno sauce and pickled red onions. I would suggest the owner to include a piece of brioche bread to make the dish magical. We also ordered a hamburguer, which in all honestly was one of the juiciest tastiest burger I've ever had, and believe me, Ive had plenty of burgers. Prices are OK, it is not a cheap eat, but considering the time it takes to prepare good barbecue, it is worth it.
Awesome food, great place and service! 4th time now, and my expectations still met. Dinner, or just a nice (ice) coffee (Man met Bril), every opportunity, I'm there.
Could have definitely been better... On a Tuesday, the place was empty except for our group of about 20 people. We did a reservation beforehand, so they knew we'd be coming. We were forced to take the group option (mixed platter), as they said they couldn't handle 20 individual orders. Even so, food took quite a while to arrive and wasn't that plentiful. Giving it 3 starts because food was indeed very tasty, just that the rest could have been better.
Expensive? Yes. Do you get a lot of food for your buck? No. Is it still worth it? Definitely YES. Meaty goodness and fine beers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
The best Brisket ever
Went in for a burger and a beer. Burger was very good and I had a small taste of the Sticky Pork Ribs and those are definitely what I will be having next time. We ended up at the bar after dinner with a very good Tequila and Mescal chatting with the bar lady a bit. The chef joined us after his shift and he told us how they smoke their meet in house. As I mentioned above, I will defiantly be back there !
Chicken burger was the best chicken burger I have ever had. Really tendor and full of flavour. The service was great and super friendly as well.
