I am familiar with both sides of RDM. In a bigger hallway there's these cubicles (see picture)to sit and work in. Upstairs in the weird building with the green benches is a great spot to have a view on the schools part. Also there's one big room for presentations in this part. On the opposite side there's the innovation dock, where's a hall filled with (divisions of )company's. A great place to stimulate innovation The only remark I'll make is that a bit more collective simple tools to support the small company's. In the winter it tends to get a bit cold, but that os actually a positive thing as it wouldn't be very efficient to be heating up this whole thing.

De RDM Campus is een hotspot voor innovatie in (duurzame) techniek!
Mooi gerenoveerd en opnieuw een belangrijke functie voor Rotterdam.
Allee is slecht geregeld
M'n oom Henk heeft daar op de RDM gewerkt, jaren lang, overal bij zoals de marine kantine, bij de onderzeeërs, die nieuw werden gebouwd , toen.... Hij was de enige burger op z'n chef na, die een speciale marinepas kreeg voor toestemming om op de Subs te werken ! De Zeeleeuw, en de Zeerob dacht ik, ultra modern ! Zwaar bewaakt met Uzi's daar... Nu zijn de subs sinds de jaren '80 , anno 2000 - 2016 al weer achterhaald ! Ik ging hem vaak om 17:00 uur ophalen, kwamen ze bij Schiemond van de boot, de Dockyard 7 ofzo... Of op Heijplaat, de waalhaven, direct van de Rdm vandaan. Leuke tijd was het toen hij daar werkte ! Maar door slechte bedrijfsvoering door de laatste directeur, die alles en iedereen oplichtte, heeft die gigantische Rotterdamse Droogdok Maatschappij de kop gekost ! Eeuwig zonde !!!
Geweldige inspirerende locatie om iets te leren.
In 1987 hier enige tijd gewerkt, toch wel bijzonder om na lange tijd hier weer te zijn.
