They are basically fruads! They hide all of the details about gear box, clutches and inside of the engine. While they assure me that there is no problem. And afterward, they didn't get the car back!(no responibility and even shot the phone call)

I bought from this company a Alfa Romeo Mito. I called him on 15.30 that i was on the road and near to the showroom and he told me that he gonna close in a few minutes so i go there the next day. When i i saw the car i understand that the tyres wants replacement because there are old. I told him to make me a discount to buy new tyres. He was negative. In the showroom was there 2 gentlemen's one is berry and he is very good and helpful. The other one he is not very helpful. I told him that i want this car for export and i need export plates. He give me an address around 15-20 min far . I told him that i want an invoice from the dealership and he gives me a paper with a sticker. Other buyer comes to the showroom and i i waiting about 30-45min to come to me and give me the invoice. That was the badest experience for buying a car. I give him 3 stars, because the car is perfect .
No warm welcome if any. No advise. No drinks. No salesman to talk too. Just two mechanics. Don't go here if you want to buy a used car. Avoid this place like the plague of the Bible.
Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf is dit zeg ik WAARSCHUW UW KOOP HIER GEEN AUTO !!!! PURE OPLICHTERS en wat de man of vrouw trapplist bedoelde ervaar ik precies hetzelfde aggresieve man en zeer onrespectvol en de man die in de zelfde straat woont en beweert het gefilmt te hebben als dat allemaal zo is wil ik wel graag de video zien die u beweert te hebben want ik weet zeker dat dat niet zomaar allemaal gebeurt als je aan iemand een goede auto verkoopt waarom zou diegene dan terug komen naar die zaak en zo uit zijn plaat gaan niks aan te geloven PURE OPLICHTERS DIE PHILLIPSEN AUTOS !!!
Wij kopen al jaren bij dit bedrijf in de jaren veel groter geworden maar we werden ook deze keer weer goed geholpen. We hebben 4 maanden geleden op aanraden van de verkoper een Hyundai i30 gekocht en die bevalt erg goed. Ik kan dan ook iedereen een koreaanse auto aanbevelen en Philipsen Autos.
