Not my usual pharmacy but went there on the way home with my prescription. Asked the pharmacist if they had my medication in stock... the fat angry looking pharmacist rudely asked me to go to my own pharmacy for some reason... I asked again to check if they had my tablets in supply... he took my ID and script to check, but was calling someone instead... came back to give me my ID back and told me they have everything in stock...after waiting 10-15 minutes another pharmacist told me that they have nothing in stock... I don't know what the fat angry guy was doing but he was not helpful at all and wasted my time for nothing. Also the place is not very organized

They are arrogant and rude. Never have the medication you need and Dont help costumers at all. Im changing pharmacy.
Friendly and professional personal, always quick and i never have to wait more than 10 minutes which i think is a reasonable waiting time. If there is a mistake however (which I've seen happen once as i was waiting.) They are always quick to apologize and make sure you know it could take a moment longer which is better than be left waiting in the dark.
Fast and friendly service. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes and was able to pick up my medicines a few days before the pick up date due to vacation. The service has improved significantly compared to a few years back.
I wanted to write this because I think this pharmacy has an unfair amount of negative reviews. Its much more likely people will come online to write about something bad than good. I am not Dutch, and not everyone here is comfortable speaking English, however, they will always try and work with you. And there are people on staff who are perfectly comfortable speaking English and you can always ask to speak with one of them. I've always had calm interactions with the staff, no one ever gets heated. The head pharmacist can come off as stand offish at first but he's actually just soft spoken. His English is excellent and if you have questions, he will take the time to break it down and make sure you understand clearly, which I truly appreciate. This pharmacy also caught a mistake in medicine my doctor made. They take their jobs seriously and genuinely want to help you. The pharmacist in particular is really helpful.
