You cant trade in shoes you have ordered online. You cant even return them in this store, despite it is never stated that you can't except the cashier who friendly told me you just can't. The store looked fine otherwise but because of missing functions I review it negatively.

If you like Nike a good place, but small.
Nice Nike store. Super friendly staff. Of all products (running, basketball, fitness sportswear) a limited selection.
The store itself is great, but the staff was less than helpful when asked to return and replace a pair of sneakers. Very disappointing, as I had to resolve it by getting in touch with customer service and sending the shoes in myself.
