Beautiful and modern hotel with a beautiful view! (When skyline view room is selected). Because of covid there was a takeaway 3 course diner and breakfast with the booking. Diet wishes were perfectly followed and breakfast was excellent.

Great location with fantastic view from the 23rd floor (booked a room with city skyline view). Food was good for a fair price. TV broke down, but staff was very friendly and offered us free drinks to make up for it. Had a good stay.
Amazing stay! It started with an impressive warm welcome at the frontdesk, super friendly and helpful staff. The room was great and the view was amazing, the breakfast was more than perfect! It was great to see that even with the Covid19 restrictions you can have a superb experience in this hotel. An extra compliment to the staff, they definitely know what hostmanship means! We'll be back :)
Great location and comfy/beautiful rooms BUT... Booked one night from Saturday to Sunday which included dinner for two, breakfast and late check out (at 5 PM) in the skyline room. Dinner was delicious but tiny. Seemed like it was for one person only, we had to order extra food (30EUR). Breakfast was only available at 8:30 or 12, for you to pick up. So no sleeping in on Sunday or eat your food on the go because check out is at 12. Picked the option at 8:30 and got called twice because we were a few minutes late to go pick up the the food. Although I booked the offer with late check out at 5pm and this was confirmed in an e-mail, we were asked to leave at noon because the hotel was busy and they needed the room. Non sense. Overall I can say the place was beautiful, comfortable and clean but the service was very disappointing. I wouldn't say here or recommend it to a friend. It was also pricey and far from meeting the expectations I had when I booked it.
Friendly and welcoming staff, stylish minimalist interior. The VIEW Hard to find anything more impressive in Rotterdam. Definitely recommend it
We had an amazing stay. My boyfriend graduated for his PhD and we came here to celebrate. Staff did everything to give us an amazing experience. We also enjoyed the gym and sauna very much. Dinner and breakfast was also great. Everyone we talked to went out of their way to give us the best service. Highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!
Loved the nhow hotel very much! Team brings the difference towards their guest! View is Amazing and staying in Your room due to the lockdown is oké for nhow! Will Come back to visit the City!
Very warm welcome. Outstanding view on the bridge and city centre from the window (I booked "Premium Skyline room"). We checked out on Sunday and had a check-out at 5 pm (special offer from NH). Since I had my birthday, I put the comment about it in my reservation request. The room was nicely decorated with a cake and wine :). Gonna book the same hotel with the same room category for Valentine's Day! Did not have any negative experience at all! Maybe only the parking is a bit expensive, but it is understandable since it is Rotterdam and they do not have their parking but have a special agreement with QPark which is in the same building, so you do not need to go outside. Keep the ticket from the machine and then reception can scan it and your parking will be 25 euro per night (24 hours) instead of 32 (not really sure about it).
