I have waiting 6 months to get an appointment. The service was terrible, not even friendly. After the hydrate me treatment my hair was so sticky. It really felt disgusting. Also all the workers just when for lunch while I was still there.

I just came to Rotterdam to work on some Music production and stumbled upon this unique hair salon that definitely saved my kinky and dehydrated hair. I had been struggling with length retention, knots and my hair shape. Irina came, saw and conquered my my crown like noone has ever before. I walked out with bouncy, ultra hydrated and elongated curls! Definitely coming back for more!
Three months to book an appointment is not reasonable! I have tried to call, send email and dm via instragram. It seems that they are really busy and not able to answer people. I highly suggest to increase the working hours or to hire someone that can take care of clients' calls and messages.
