I arrived to this place which was almost empty, i sat there with my girl waiting for the waiter.... Waiting... Waiting.... He passed 3 times walking on the front of us, no eye contact, no smile, no hello... still Waiting.... It made us feel invisible, and we left... So disappointing... :/
The taste of coffee was fantastic!
Had one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, unexpectedly. But as for the service.. waited 20 minutes just for a check, and they clearly knew I had finished as they took my plates.. 20 minutes earlier Otherwise, really cosy place, and a good cafe to sit and watch the market place
Service was a bit slow, as it was busy but the staff were more than friendly, helpful and smiling which made up for it. Best coffee I have had in ages, had a second cup as it was that good, hence the full 5 stars. Outside seating could do with more frequent wipe downs, but in general it was clean. Nice to sit and relax after a day of shopping.
Expensive and an average food. Very poor service. I do not recommend at all!
Visited this place Saturday the 16th of november around 1:15pm. Table was dirty, lunch was mediocre and my tea was lukewarm. But the service was even worse. Only one staff member was friendly and attentive, the rest of the staff did not really seem to care and were bad-tempered. They obviously can't handle the crowds. Also the toilets were dirty. Too bad because the location is great.
Friendly staff, good coffee and a lot of variety in food.
