The Idea of Scanning a QR-Code and being able to order and pay with the phone is good. However it's highly unlikely that every foreigner has a local bank account to make use of this service. With Paypal, apple pay and google pay you could address many people using a smartphone.

The Café located inside the Kunsthal gets quite busy even on a moderately busy day with art lovers (and other people enjoying free access to museums ...). It has a good reputation, and another reason can be that there is not much else in the neighbourhood... the Nature History museum next door e.g. has no food and beverage facility.
Food is delicious and the cafe looks really nice, but the service and atmosphere ruin it. The waiters come to ask you for drinks when you've barely sat down, then they disappear once you're ready to order. You can see them often in groups chatting with each other not even looking at the floor. The runners cannot take orders or let you pay, and when you ask them those things they don't communicate it to the waiters, so you're left there hanging waiting to pay for ages, having to ask multiple times. With little training to the staff this place could be real nice
