As a local you cannot give it less than 5 stars. You can find everything there. It is nice to take pictures there and bump into a lot of people.

If you like shopping this is the area to visit in Rotterdam
Rather generic strip mall, whose biggest asset is the extra space generated by digging out a dry canal, adding an additional layer of shops. However, the only safe access to this subterranean level is by using the elevator or through the interior of one of the few shops spanning both levels. Though there is a flight of stairs and a ramp provided to ascend or descend to street level, but the ramp is too steep and both ramp and stairs cannot be safely used by anyone due to the fact they are too slippery and lack visual or tactile markings. All in all, Koopgoot ('buying gutter') is a nice shopping street, but it's rather difficult and dangerous to enter of leave. Be cautious.
Nice place for winter shopping
Nice walkway with many stores and some department stores. Few options to have a meal and less options to sit and have a cup of a coffee. Opening hours is normal just like any other shopping places in Europe, no late hours. The place could use a touch of life having coffeeshops at the sides. After all a nice place to hang out when in Rotterdam.
