I bought a japanisch knif from this shop (miyabi) becauce of the simple reason that the price was the best. Delivery was very accurate and fast! One of my other Miyabe knifes (3 years old) had a small defect. I asked the the store if this maybe could be warranty although i didn't buy this knife at this shop. One of the epmployees (Janine) told me to send the knife to discuss this with the suppliers. After 2 week she told me that it was warranty and they will sent me a new one. Because this item was not in stock at the supplier she offert me to sent a new one from their store. Next day the knife was delivered! Normally i don't write reviews, but in this case i had to make an exception! Thanks Kookpunt for the greate service!
