Great variety of products. I really recommend the Hydro Pro Glow. But what’s up with the whispering about/ mocking customers among colleagues?! It happened with me but it’s obvious, after multiple visits, that it’s a common thing on the workfloor. Very unprofessional!

Echt Slecht & oppervlakkig cosmetics. In English. for other people reference// I bought a toner and got a skin trouble. I requested refund 3 weeks ago but they say, we have to report to HQ. They took a toner back and my photo but I couldn't get any feedback during 2.5 weeks. Today I visited there in order to ask but their manager is off today and another colleague still saying .I dont know... so how?? This is not chanel or Christian Dior. Just 6 euros. Can't refund????!!!! Unbelievable poor service. I won't buy this product!!! Never and ever! Really disappointed.
I ordered foundation and concealer like lousy mud, it is not like in the videos, do not shop first and last again
KIKO is one of the most famous shop for womens, I can know that from my wife and daughter whoever stops whenever they see this Shop, and whenever they enter that shop they always come out with something new ,its affordable and have good quality things, I believe every women who cares about her look should try and visit this shop I guess they wont regret it !!!
The staff is very helpful and knowlegable about their products. The products themselves are really nice, good quality and reasonably priced.
