Dear future renters, my former roommates and I want to warn you the housing agency Interhouse. First of all, one has to say that the employees are quite unqualified. When there were some issues or ambiguities, we had to call multiple times. The information we got was also different each time. Moreover, they do not keep their word. They lost relevant documents and made us pay a high fine. Those are only some examples, so we want to make sure the same does not happen to you. Therefore, we would strongly urge you to avoid renting a place with Interhouse.
They helped me a lot for every step of tenancy. They listen and find the best solution according to your situation. Jordi and Laura was always available for every request/query. If you want to have a trustworthy partner for you housing, Interhouse is the best option. Thank you Interhouse Rotterdam
Communication is horrible and employees do not know good manners, they are unsophisticated and impolite at all. I do not recommend.
I highly recommend Interhouse Rotterdam! We dealt with Jordy Lodder and he was professional, helpful, prompt when replying to emails/inquiries and very friendly. Finding an apartment in Rotterdam can be a very stressful experience, especially for expats, but with Jordy we felt like we had someone who was willing to help us find a place. Thanks again!
