We normally order our printing through a competitor but chose to use Hello Print this time. I wish we hadn't. First of all the products destined for the UK (and ordered through the UK website) got printed in Germany. As they didn't have the correct customs papers they got returned to sender. Since then I have spoken to Hello Print 3 times and every time they promise to call me back the same day! One week on and still no call. I asked if they could re-print the flyers and send them on, but this wasn't possible until they received back the initial order.... I mean.... that was their mistake!? Why should I be made to wait for that? Self centered Dutch customer service, no apology received and still waiting for the status of my package. I abandoned my fourth attempt to call them after being made to wait 55 minutes...!

I specifically ordered via helloprint.co.uk as I needed the artwork sent to my address in the U.K. I soon found out that they printed my order in Germany and lost it on route to England. In view of sustainability I think this is not ok. Losing an order can happen - but to make out it's being printed in the UK and then send the order to Germany...?

Orders sent from the Netherlands to Spain are a real shame. We asked for some restaurant tablecloths and they came with an indescribable, foul smell. You can't put that garbage on the customer's table. Above they tell us that the product is of quality, although they admit that it smells bad and they do not make the return. They have taken all the money from printing. 2500 tablecloths. I don't know what the customer service in Holland is like, but we know how horrible and bad the products you make there are. Keeping customers' money when you make a bad product ... is it a company policy?

I found them so helpful, in particular someone called Rosanne de Vogel. She talked me through what I needed to do for the window stickers I wanted to order, made recommendations and I was overall amazing! I was really pleasantly surprised.
