Just went through here as my car was parked nearby. Not much to say, except for the MTB/BMX track there's not much remarkable about this. However, Villa Zebra, the city marina, and Entrepot are nearby.
Fantastic community project including community gardens, a place for meeting up and a Bmx-crosstrack.
