Not very clear instructions: There were extra costs whilst the advisors have told that a repair includes all costs with one standard fee. Also the intake was done whilst there were extra problems reported (front&cover&back), which turned out not to be a problem (only front): Had I known before I would most likely not have repaired (and saved both the insurer and myself money and time). Also as a last point It would have been good to be told that all data will be erased anyway (also if there are no problems) because of privacy, so that I could make sure to take care of this (or consider it and not do it) upfront. This is partly als the job of the Icare/apple store, but since they sell the product and execute their services they can be seen as part of this company its product. For the rest, the service was quick, so I guess the rating would have been a 4 star-rating (or even 5) when the information process had been done better. I guess the service they offer is quite good, still the information is important to have the customer actually being able to enjoy the benefits of it.
