Absolutely a rip off - asking for 100 cash deposit and didn't say until we booked, we will not be staying here. We have heard this before and people have been scammed.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Good size rooms, some with a terrace. I will point that there is no mini-fridge in the room, that would be great a great addition to the service.

interesting idea with the location of the hotel on the water, hotel service really extremely positive, rooms small but clean, bed comfortable, normal price, the location is also a plus, only one minus is dim light

Tiny, but everything you need is there. We were there when it was 34 celcius. So the airconditionair was our best friend. Also the floating terras was real nice..

Unfortunately you hear a lot of noise above you when you have rooms on the first floor. We also had a lot of noise (starting from 7am) from the wharf across the water but of course the wharf is only temporary. For the rest a good hotel.

This hotel has a really great location! Room was cosy and quite spacious, unfortunately we had a room at lower floor with street view which was not very enjoyable. But the rooms with terrace must be cool. Breakfast is rather simple and if you are not gonna eat super early, not really worth it - we went at 8.30, tables on the terrace were covered in dirty dishes that nobody was cleaning, jars with drinks were almost empty and nobody was refilling them and the same issue with food trays and baskets. Second day the same. At that moment we understood why the receptionist recommended us to make rather an early reservation for breakfast (Covid regulation) as later there won't be much left. Well the receptionist was in general a strangely negative person who informed us in every sentence that literally everything sucks :-D A little more positivity at reception would have been nice. Parking is available in Markethal parking quite nearby, book ahead online and get quite decent price :)

Great location and idea, but some investments in maintenence are needed. No windows, old air-condition, no ceiling lamp. For a night and an experience it was okeisch, but for a stay, rather not.
