Doctor Ozveren is a good doctor, But as always assistants are mean and lier, also they can’t do the simple job of calling back the patient. DR Ozveren if you read this, get some male assistants and I will not leave this huisart

I went there few times and always is some problems. They ar not even nice to people and I have the impression that they don't work with passion. the doctor had a problem referring me to the specialist in Erasmus. I came there several times a week until it was completed

The girls at the reception don't talk English , they keep telling lies and keep telling that the doctor will call you but but that never happens, so if you talk English or need an advice from your doctor via the phone because you feel very sick or can not make it there by any other reason then find another doctor because this one offers a horrible experience. The doctor itself was fine when I went there but the woman at the reception it's horrible and rude and tell you on a very nasty tone that she does not talk English ( English it's an international language that it's studied in 90 % of the schools world wide ) . What a shame and what a joke . Every time I needed a doctor I had to end up calling the hospital because my own doctor can't help me because the lady at the reception it's always nasty and probably does not even put through my messages.

Super super super slecht. Iedere keer weer een andere huisarts, je dossier klopt voor geen meter en wil je een keertje op spreekuur met Ozveren om dat te laten corrigeren heeft ie absoluut geen tijd voor je. Mijn moeder is al bijna 2 jaar bezig met haar letselschade omdat ze destijds haar klachten en reden van verwijzing niet correct hebben genoteerd in systeem. Als je zelf om je dossier vraagt mag dat niet? Want tja letselschade adviseur die moet iedere keer betalen om je dossier op te vragen en wat ze krijgen is gekopieerd, geplakt niet-correcte tekst. Is het niet goed of niet compleet mag die nog een keer betalen en vragen en zo gaat t door. Want de zorg in Nederland is duur he meneer Ozveren!:) Zelf 1 sterretje is teveel!

De assistenten zijn niet erg deskundig of bekwaam en helaas onprofessioneel. Er wordt niet geluisterd door de assistenten en vervolgens wordt er gezegd dat ik beter naar een andere praktijk kan gaan EN er wordt opgehangen in je gezicht. Als je goed behandeld wilt worden moet je hier niet inschrijven. (Slecht systeem ook waarmee ze werken)
