I do not know where their work ethics at, our house has 3 parties and yesterday the driver just left a card with the address where to pick up the package, but no name who it is for. So i have to figure out, if it is for me or might my neighbours. If you try to call them in the store, no one is picking up.... Customer Service to the fullest

Very unprofessional, I specifically mentioned and moved the date to when I’ll be home but no one called or knocked on my door so they left the parcel in their city shop which is far from my home, stating that I was unavailable. I am not paying extra for your poor quality delivery service! Very disappointed, never using your service again
They ring the bell even! Twice that I’m home and parcel is dropped at pick up point. Also I have a pick up point just around the corner and I’m being directed to here, why!!!
This lady at the front desk who worked on Monday has extremely unprofessional attitude. Rude and impatient. She does not have a basic understanding of what customer service means or just simply rude and impatient. Dpd, hope you do a basic customer service 101 training for your staffs before assigning them to your store.
Horrible service, had to go out of my way to collect a packet that was supposedly delivered to my house when I was home, only to find that it wasn't there. Why send me a notification to say my package was at the parcelshop when in fact it wasn't? If only this were the first time this has happened. Joke company.
The worst courier I've ever seen. Next time deliverer didn't come home but directly to parcel shop!
They didn't even try to reach you at home, and claim you were not at home!
They do not attempt at all to deliver at home, instead they take the package directly to the pick up point despite one having specified wanting home delivery. And they do not attempt a second delivery either. If one wants to get the package delivered home, one has to call the shop where the package was ordered from and if the shop agrees to pay to re attempt delivery, then they will try home delivery. Very very bad service!
