Please AVOID that store! Worst customer service ever. Table ordered in October, shop reopened in May. Since then when I am lucky and they do me a favour they pick up the phone after 5-10 min each time. They have no clue or give me wrong info. They have quality control about sales process (we had many questions about the salesperson- how great she was bla bla) and for the rest nothing! I now want to cancel and get my money back - another adventure. Never again!
Bad service :( Many promises are made during sales, but at delivery nothing is possible. Management then lies. When we called the main office we needed to wait 20 min. Then they just waive you off as you are some punk. Don't buy you stuff here, just go to another shop. Much better once nearby...
We bought 2 reclining couches here in May 2017, received it around the promised date Aug 2017, 6 months later i noticed a scratch on it, contacted them, and today repairman went by and fixed the problem. Very client friendly in my experience.
To be honest i had a great experience at DFS, the sales woman didnt feel like a sales woman and just someone who was legitimately looking out for my best interest (budget and style). She also said that because this was my first stop on the shopping tour i should have a look around and i could always come back later for her to help me again. which i thought was a really fair way to treat a customer and made me feel better about the purchase i was making. In the end it just came down to not feeling like i was being forced to buy anything. Also i got my couch in 2 weeks, whereas all the other companies were saying it was going to take 10-12 week!!!! how ridiculous. anyways even the delivery was smooth and well communicated.
