The Building and my it’s tenants are great. But the parkingfacilities are terrible. It’s futuristic parking robot fails almost every day. Giving headaches when leaving and returning. Some tenants park their car in the street (...).

A residential skyscraper in the Rotterdam city center. Apartments are very well finished and with high quality appliance. The view from these top floors is nice. The building has a automated car lift as car parking, and has a bikes parking room. Every apartment also comes with a storage room room in a different floor.
Very bad parking facilities! The parking system is not working well. You don’t get your car when you needed it most! The new owner structure of the building is now not very clear and misty.
