excellent location, abundant bars and restaurants in the same street. We were on the second floor and even that was a serious climb up the steep steps. No elevator. But we didnt find this a problem. Nice studio apartment with a washing machine!

Very clean and complete studio in the center of Rotterdam. Directly near the Museumpark tram stop, and the Eendrachtsplein metro stop is very close by. Lots of restaurants in the street. There is no reception, but you can easily reach out to management by email or phone. Only con is the flight of stairs you need to climb, as there is no elevator, so be prepared for that.

A bit cold during the late autumn, but the location is super. It is right in the middle of Rotterdam downtown. The apartments are very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.
Very nice holiday studio apartment, kept clean and had great views.
Splendid. Great location, not too noisy at all. Comfortable bed. Can highly recommend it.
If you have bad knees or any health condition this place will not be for you.. even visiting with heavy luggage because the stairs is painful... however, the location is perfect
