We prefer quality above quantity, with the necessary knowledge and skill about moving patterns. Our coaches know how to motivate you to achieve your goals. They are relentless learners when it comes down to moving patterns and CrossFit skills. To learn more about them, just click on their pictures. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals, injured individuals, youngsters etcetera. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. RTM is one of the top CrossFit gyms in Rotterdam. They have a huge space, so whenever you walk in you always have space to do open gym, a WOD or a sweat class. The programming by wodstylez is the best, you’ll feel stronger in a heartbeat. I cannot speak more highly about the coaches and staff who are always ready to help you and answer your questions. If you want to work on your fitness, this is the place to be.

I chose to drop in to this gym when I was in town because of how welcoming the owner was when I emailed. In person, this place is even better. The owner, coaches and members have been so friendly. The coaching is first rate. The atmosphere pushes me to work hard all while having a fun vibe. Absolutely amazing.
