Zero customer care. I arrived at 17.45 at the shop, supposed to close at 18. I asked kindly if they could fix my bike. A guy (not the owner) told me that it was not possible because they were closed. I insisted, telling the guy that I had to take one hour of permit to arrive on time from work just to have the bike fixed. He told me that it was my problem because I needed his service, while it was not his problem because he closes and receive clients when he wishes to.

Highly recommended shop, excellent service and friendly staff. We bought a used bike from them. It was in a very good conditions and well maintained! I would buy a bike from them again!
