I'm a bit late on posting this but my upcoming wedding anniversary reminded me of my experience here. This was - put simply - the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I didn't see this coming, especially from a bridal store as their sole intention should be making the dress buying experience an unforgettable one. The actual purchase of the dress went smoothly, I had a nice lady help me pick it out and she was very patient with me. As soon as I'd found the dress, another lady started taking measurements. I asked her to pin the lower area so that it could be transformed slightly into a mermaid dress. When I asked her to do this, that was absolutely possible and would be done quite quickly. A few weeks later I came back and tried the dress on again and to my surprise, they hadn't fixed the part they had pinned (to give it the mermaid shape). The lady was very defensive saying she had indeed altered it (as I'd asked) and that it would ruin the dress to pin it any tighter. Her tone was very condescending and made me feel like it was my mistake. Keep in mind, I had already bought the dress so when she made me believe it could no longer be fixed, I started to panic. We went back and forth for a while and I showed her the pictures we had taken when it was pinned and she continued to deny agreeing to it. So fed up with the place, I ended up paying for the few alterations they did on other parts of the dress and went somewhere else to get it altered to the mermaid fit. Luckily I found a place where all of this was possible, but I went through quite a bit of stress before that happened. If you're just looking to find an affordable dress, this place is great, but the service is far from acceptable. Would not recommend!

It is a shop without appointments, but I really do believe they should introduce appointments. I went there on a Friday morning (28/02/20), the lady we met was very condescending. I was asked for an '06' number, I am Belgian, so i obviously don't have an '06' number after mentioning this the lady mocked me thinking that I did not have a mobile phone. After giving out my number we were promised to get a call in an hour. It is Wednesday 4 March now, and I still haven't received a call. Kinda wasted my time on Friday expecting a call

Oh my god! If your husband wants to buy a suite there... tell him to Do Not Go.... there is a lady so terrible.. customer service zerooo... we had the filling thay she didnt wanted to sell anything. Terrible person.. we are buying something expensive so it is normal if we try it first... she said that she doesn't have time to lose... my god so terrible...
